Ritual

A ritual, of course, is any science to transform energy.  The Catholic Mass, the Buddhist Ritual, the Aztec Ritual are all forms of science which exist in order to transform the Solar Light, to transform Prana in order to sustain something important.  In this case, we are discussing rituals to transform Solar Light, the Prana, the energy of the Christ into a type of food or fuel which will feed the consciousness, and feed the Soul.  There are other types of rituals which transform those energies in a harmful way, but we do not discuss or teach such things.

Ruach

Also ruwach, ruah. Hebrew רוח means “spirit, wind, or breath.”

“And the רוח of אלהים (Elohim) moved upon the face of the waters.” – Genesis 1:2

“And the רוח of יהוה shall rest upon him, the רוח of Chokmah and Binah, the רוח of counsel and Geburah, the רוח of Da’ath and of the reverence of יהוה…” —Isaiah 11:2

In Kabbalah, Ruach also refers to one the three souls of the human being. Ruach is called the Thinking Soul.

“Who knoweth the רוח of the sons of man that is going up on high, and the רוח of the beast that is going down below to the earth?” – Ecclesiastes 3:21

“The thinking emotional soul (ruach) is inserted within the lunar bodies of desire.” – Samael Aun Weor, Tarot and Kabbalah

“The Initiate must descend into the infernal worlds for forty-days and has to recapitulate all of the evil deeds and frightful dramas of his past incarnations; little by little, the Initiate departs from these tenebrous regions. Before departing, the three souls (Nephesh, Ruach and Neshamah) are submitted to ordeals. How interesting it is to see the animal soul submitted to ordeals, as well as the thinking soul and the Essence (fraction of Neshamah) that also is submitted to ordeals.” – Samael Aun Weor

Ruh

The Arabic word “ruh” (روح) translates to “spirit” or “soul” in English, depending on the context.
