The Initiates of the Flame

Chapter VII The Mystery of the Pyramid

<li>The Great Pyramid is said to be the oldest building on the surface of the Earth.
  • From a distance it appears to be one unit, but up close it is seen to be many units working in harmony. This is a facsimile of Man.
  • There are three inner chambers: The Father at the top (Head), the Son above the base (Solar Plexus) and the Holy Spirit underground (Abdomen)
  • Thousands of workmen (Atoms) work to construct the Pyramid.
  • The four sides of the base represent the four elements (of Man’s body). Earth (physical body, hydrogen), Water (vital body, nitrogen), Fire (emotional body, oxygen) and Air (mental body, carbon).
  • The four sides and the base have a sum of 12 edges which is the 12-fold constitution of Man when he is complete – the threefold body, the threefold mind, the threefold soul and the threefold spirit. This is also the zodiac divided into their respective groups.
